From your logo to a lit sign on your wall in four steps. You see and approve everything before we build.

    Use the quote form. It takes a few minutes and you don't need an account.

    Get your drawing and price

    We email you:

    • A drawing with letter sizes and colors
    • A preview of the sign lit up
    • An exact price
    • Nothing is built until you approve it

    Approve and pay

    When the drawing and price look right, you approve them and we email you a secure Stripe invoice or payment link. There is no cart or checkout on this site.

    • Pay by card
    • Larger orders can pay by bank transfer (ACH)
    • Production starts once payment clears

    We build and ship

    Production time is confirmed with your quote. When your letters are done, we ship them to you. In the box:

    • Your letters, built from the approved drawing
    • A paper template for the mounting holes

Installing your letters

Every letter mounts flush to the wall. Tape the paper template up, mark the holes, and fix the letters in place. The mounting hardware and power supply for your sign are listed on your drawing. Have a licensed electrician make the power connection.

Ordering

What file do I need to send?

Any logo file works to start. A vector file (AI, PDF, SVG, EPS) is best; a JPG or a photo of your current sign is fine too.

Can you use my own font and logo?

Yes. Your drawing is made from your logo file or the font you name.

I don't know what size I need.

Send the wall width and a photo. We suggest a size on your drawing.

The letters

What are they made of?

304 stainless steel. Front-lit faces are acrylic. Halo-lit faces are steel, with acrylic on the back. Open-face letters have LED neon inside.

How are they mounted?

Flush to the wall, with a paper template to mark the holes.

Can they go outdoors?

Tell us whether the sign goes indoors or outdoors when you request a quote. It can change the parts we use, and your drawing lists what goes into your letters.

What colors can I choose?

Tell us your brand colors and we choose the colors with you. Every color is shown on your drawing before you pay.

Price and payment

How much does a sign cost?

Every sign is priced per project. The price depends on letter size and how many letters, and your exact price comes with your drawing.

How do I pay?

There is no cart or checkout on this site. Once you approve your drawing and price, we email you a secure Stripe invoice or payment link. You can pay by card; larger orders can also pay by bank transfer (ACH).

Do you take a deposit?

Payment terms are confirmed with your quote, so you know them before you approve anything.

Shipping and support

How long does it take?

Production time is confirmed with your quote. Production starts after you approve the drawing, and shipping comes after that.

Where do you ship?

Tell us where the sign is going when you request a quote. Shipping is confirmed with your quote.
